No you don't have to run the tire at the maximum...

No you don't have to run the tire at the maximum pressure.
If you want to run them at 110PSI then you need different rims.
You can run them at 80 on your rims. You just can't exceed the load limit...

You are good to 3640# each tire at 80PSI for the E tires.
Maybe you should keep the order active. Sailun does...
