Thanks ACKLM8, that was the first thing I did. That is when the ball bearings started falling out. Now the freezer will barely open. We do have a new slide rail ordered.

This definitely looks like what I need to do. Only I can’t get the freezer door open wide enough to get the basket out. Another ball bearing has fell out. Thanks for the tip.

2019 3791RD - Samsung residential refrigerator w/chest freezer on bottom. When pulling open the freezer door it will not open all the way. The left side is stopping while the right side is not stuck....

We also have the 3791RD and our A/C will cut off then a few seconds later come back on. Both units are doing this. They are set to Cool/auto with temp set to 76. Dealership said they couldn’t...

Camping World sent us replacements for our closet...

Camping World sent us replacements for our closet and the bathroom door as they all kept coming off the track. So they might sell them, just a thought. We discovered they just weren’t tight...

Hi Donmar how did you get to the back of the radio? The cabinet around ours is stapled. The HDMI ARC cable is going to the back of the radio but it is not showing up as an option in the AUX options...

Our refrigerator was doing this the day we picked...

Our refrigerator was doing this the day we picked our unit up back in July. Took it back and they replaced the unit. We just got the unit back last Saturday.
