I think Dometic has a 2 yr warranty. It doesn't hurt to contact them. My ac/heatpump quit cooling and I contacted Dometic even though my unit was 2 months out of warranty and Dometic replaced it.

The name plate should be on the base of the toilet below the water hookup. I used a mirror to see mine. Ordered replacement parts from Amazon based on model number of the toilet.

Yes, jstadler, the box that all the jack wires are wired into. On my trailer it is located on the ceiling of the pass thru storage area on the passenger or curb side.
