kitchen/dining slides clicking noise/not moving

2019 3791 RD kitchen/dining double slides will not move. There is a clicking sound & the lights flicker throughout the 5r. i understand these are hydraulic. what can I do to trouble shoot this...

Our 2019 3791RD batteries are not charging when hooked to shore power. Charging ok from the TV. Any ideas of what is causing this?

the unit and the steps are still down. It will put
Pressure on the steps and bend the bracket at
door
