Has anyone added a faucet or exterior shower type assembly to the door side basement area? Looks like it wouldn't be difficult since there is so much plumbing running on the ceiling of the basement...

Hi. I heard from another source that manufacturers don't recommend towing with the fresh water tank full. Is this a fact? Not going far and it would be so much easier to fill the tank at home.
