Back from the dealer, our inverter is built into breaker as well and it was the common wire (white one)? They did not have it tight so if you walk just right they would work. They kept it over night...

We are home and no one had to die. The poll was good even converted to 30 AMP. I am much less angry but still looking forward to finding out what is wrong tomorrow. Where is the inverter?

Second night in our "NEW 340bh" We have no inside plugs, the furnace will not come on, can't watch TV,and the fridge will only work on propane. I could not imagine being happier after dropping this...
