The two sizes and styles I speak of are both upper hoses. We held one up to the other for comparison. It was the Ford parts Dept. that explained the Early/Late model parts break.

We have the same trailer and had the same problem. Under the slide there is a 90 degree fitting where the gas line runs along the frame and then up into the trailer and if it is not angled correctly...
