After you hook up to truck & disconnecting shore power, inverter should read 13.5 - 14 volts telling you power is being supplied by truck. Ensure inverter switch is on.

Have the same problem. Dealership changed unit, still the same. Mechanic informed me that the unit has little to no adjustment to the balancer. Either change to a 2 handle system or live with it....

I have the same slide, unit 3855BR. Tighten the adjustment some. Periodically that needs to be done. Be careful not to go too tight. If you can't slide it by hand then you are too tight.
