Well I just called ASA.
Without any discussion he said the screen unit needs replacing, free of charge at my dealer.
Sounds like to me a common problem.

The 50Amp breaker at the battery (yes the one that should be replaced with a 80Amp) failed. I replaced it with yet another 50 Amp (I need to go get a 80).
