water leak
Have a wet floor at the back of our 3100rl on the floor behind the chair on the left side at the wall.Took the lamp mounted on the wall off water is leaking in the wall to floor,calking looks good...

Hot water
Has anyone changed the hot water heater with a hot water on demand system..? Ours is rusting bad at the drain outlet,threads are almost smooth hard to get a seal.

steps
