All of the above are good things to check. However also check that the breakaway swith has not been pulled to set the brakes on the RV. This has been done before by a passerby.

I didn't contact Keystone on that question, nor check on it. I have had some warranty work done on the unit since but not by Keystone.

I removed the rear panel of the under belly of our 3280RL and folded the artic insulation back towards the center in order to have a receiver hitch welded on the rear of our Monty. the tricky part...

Yes, You can use 30 amp service as long as you don't run heavy load appliances at the same time. You can get an adapter avalable at an RV outlet store.

Check in the center of the seal for a buildup of paper that may have been trapped in the seal as it coming closed and now is holding the valve open so that it leaks.
