I only use a pin lock if I am leaving it parked...

I only use a pin lock if I am leaving it parked up in the hills, and I am not going to be around. other than that I don't worry about it, BUT I have Plenty of insurance on the coach.

So do I need a 50 amp plug or will a 30 do to just run the trailer on rainey days or on days with no sun to run a/c and TV's

I have a 2014 Montana Mountianeer. 295RDK 1 AC 50 amp plug. How big a gen would u recommend? can I get by with a 30 amp plugin. Also I have 2 solar panels they are 225 a piece, and 8- 6 volt batts....
