Solar isn’t charging batteries.

I have a new Montana and my inverter display is giving me a low battery error code. I connected to the solar system via Bluetooth and it’s only pulling 1.9 amps. I’m not even sure where to start....

Also we have only used the trailer for 2 weekends so far and it was a different power source each time. The 5th wheel is brand new.
