Rubber membrane coming loos from the wood about the size of 3"-5" on both sides in the front near the cap. Looks like coach flex when traveling

I have a 2017 40' 5th wheel Montana. The roof membrane is delaminating near the front on the left and right side. No leaks. Is this normal and or is it covered under the ten year roof warranty? I...
