With that amount of water with showers I'd say input pipe. It would be very hard to get to, I've repaired the outlet pipe on mine. That inlet will be right next to the floor in the front curb side....

I've been using Mobil 1. I agree with Mike, I break out the rubber gloves and clean with a gas wash. Punch out the rear seal wash and repack bearings. I have never used the grease zerk on the hub.
