Thermostat

I have a 2010 with dual ACs. The thermostat is not displaying for Zone 1 which is the front AC. The rear AC is working okay. Why am I not getting a display for Zone 1?

I had just drained my black tank and was backwashing the tank. I heard a boom / thud and the RV moved a little. I thought the worse, my tank had fallen and the connections have cracked....
