Just went out and checked it's leaking above the seal from the trough that one of the 4 mounting screws goes through. I'll pull the cover of tomorrow and see if some kind of drain is plugged backing...

Thank you all so much for the welcomes. Been a pretty mild winter here this year, normally we would be in the 10's through 30's below zero and camping season seems like it's a million miles away....

Well not quite yet.... We ordered the 5th wheel a week ago after researching since last July. Should be delivered in the beginning of April.

We reluctantly got out of the tent about 15 years ago...
