Good luck, sounds like they are trying to take decent care of you. Would not be scared to keep the truck with engine repairs after all you went through to pick it out. Might push for them...

No need to make a decision on extended warranty until your basic bumper to bumper is getting near expiration. Extended warranty not needed until then and they have your money longer than...

You should order what you like and want vs the crowd. Buy what you want, keep it 15-20 years and initial cost and resale are fairly meaningless.
