I talked to a mgr at a Les Schwab tire store today.

Their thoughts are the truck tires may work but they would have to do a test fit. Thanks for the replies and especially to one from Lonnie!

My truck has LT 265/75R16 Bridgestone tires.

Will my truck tires fit the Montana.

The Montana came with 235/80R16E Goodyear Marathon tires.

The thing looks like a flat white plastic "slim jim"

It has little barbs on it.

It works great and no bad chemicals...

Yesterday I installed three roof vent covers on the new Montana.

I don't like climbing the rear ladder of the 5er with all the necessary equipment.

2010 Montana 3150 Maiden Voyage

We took our new Montana 3150 out for the first time. We stayed three nights and tried everything out.

The rig towed beautifully and everything worked great.

The local dealer did a superb job...

UPDATE:

We ended up with the Montana 3150 model that we originaly wanted but this time from a local dealer.

This one appears fine and no leaks! PDI is next week - hope this dealer does better.

The TV/Desk slide was also out of square with the opening and the seal had a gap. That slide was not leaking however.

The 2nd unit with the bedroom slide leak was on the other side of the bed.
