On our 2017 3820FK, I just run the cord through the rear ladder and then plug in. The ladder prevents pulling stress on the cord with no additional things to remember to pack up lol

Wife and I got tired of the pivot door taking up room, so we converted to a sliding barn style door. Much nicer and doesn’t interfere with bathroom space (agreed too small) on our 3820 FK
