power converter?

I recently have had several of the 12 volt interior and exterior light bulbs burn out...not unusual, but all of the bulbs have turned black on the inside. I took the latest burn-out to an RV outlet...

Last week we traveled to Moscow, Idaho with our 2011-3455SA. Hot days and only 30 amp service available. I read the instruction book, supposedly we could run on one air conditioner and turn one off...

Recently purchased a slightly used 2011 - 3455SA. The slide/jacks, etc remote was missing. Dealer sent it to us a few days later while we were in the road, with instructions on how to program it...
