Announcement was made in mid Jan so that issue of the magazine was probably already printed and distributed. Announced closing date is in March.

Started in 2014, so a relative new comer for towables. And they are (were?) higher end, meaning higher priced models with some models priced well over $150,000. Not sure that was a good business...
