Door Insulation Cracks

Howdy,
We have a 2018 3950BR and we have been having an issue with the door insulation. It has numerous horizontal cracks in the plastic. Anyone else have that issue?

THAT WAS TOTALLY IT!!!!!!! The receptacle was loose plugged into our surge protector. As soon I pressed on it the lights on the left side of the unit lit up and everything turned back on....

Breakers were not tripped but reset all of them...

Breakers were not tripped but reset all of them anyway. Fuses don't show a burnout either.
