Great info, Murf and I are interested on how full timers/long timers/snowbirds deal with Christmas holidays when family (grandchildren) live in northern states and you are parked in the sunbelt.

Thanks for all the input, I guessing we will staying put for about two months at a time, that will allow us to take care of monthly rates but I suspect we may need to be prepared for some day rates...
