Tow vehicle for 3400RL

We are in the process of purchasing a 3400RL and tow vehicle. Can I tow a 3400RL with a 2006 or 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 2wd single rear wheels and posi track with a Cummins diesel. Dealer says no problem...
