Not sure if you have an automotive Industrial finish supplier in your area. Most all automotive paint specialty shops can color match any paint. They can use a matching light to get the correct color...

Built-in thermostat automatically operates the heater pad
Turns on when the tank or step temperature reaches 45 degrees...
