I would accept their repair and move on. IMO...

I would accept their repair and move on. IMO further messing with it will cause more damage than it's worth. I doubt the gear boxes will ever go dry. You want a roof that won't leak.

Got the same gearbox problem on my 2018 HC305RL. Spoke to the dealer and was told "we'll get back to you". Still waiting. E-mailed BAL. Still waiting. About ready to make my own drip pans but suspect...
