our a/c units were not putting out air flow and they found the units were not installed properly on the roof the openning were not lined up they had to move units about 4 inches to line them up over...

we also have a/c problems as several have talked about. after a/c cycles at times will not come back on until you turn it off and wait 30 sec and restart. this is going on with both units.

we found our unit was not pushing enough air and had it checked and found the unit on the roof was not lined up properly with the hole cut in the roof and the air was blowing back through return....
