Well we (ok,he did!)took it out, took it apart and found 5 pins that guide the chain had fallen out. He reassembled it and fingers crossed it it fixed! Now spring weather needs to stay warm and away...

Vents on steps inside 3820 FK?

We have cold air that blows out of the vented steps in our 3820fk. Can anyone explain why? Thank you and safe travels!
