Bungee cords
We just use a bungee Cord. The straps that come with the rig are a waste (to me). Just use the chair buddy and loop the chair legs together then hook to top of chair buddy. Doesn’t move. Hope this...

Heat pump / furnace
We have a 21 legacy 3120 and experienced similar but not exact issue. Suggest change out the 15 amp fuse that is auto reset with a standard fuse. This solved the problem for us.
