Galley Tank Leak When Dumping?

I have a problem with my galley tank....drain the tank and it dumps but it also leaks onto the under carriage sheet material. A bit of a rookie so I don't know the name of the sheet material covering...

i would go with the idea of a double receiver...

i would go with the idea of a double receiver hitch to balance the weight.....but my '06 doesn't have a bumper....looking into (and hoping for club answers) to accessing the frame
