We have 7 winters in Florida on this 13 3402 not under cover. We do have the roof checked every year and maint preformed as necessary. It gets waxed once a year, the camper that is. It looks good....

We keep our Rv tires off the ground when stored for long periods of time and will continue to do so. We just put the Montana up for the winter. The tires are up on 2X8 boards.
