Thanks. I will try doing the sanitize this week and see if that makes a difference. Honestly, it's the DW who is most particular about the water and who uses the most ice.

We typically use bottled water to drink and only use CG water to wash, etc. I'm sure it isn't that the system needs to be sanitized as I don't usually use the fresh tank anyway.
