Blank tank dump valve pull

Hi,

I tried searching for this but was not able to find anything.

I have a 2019 Keystone Montana 3731FL. I went to empty the black tank and as I pulled the handle, the whole thing gave way...

Thanks for all your responses. I will likely call the repairman again to come out and re-check the underbelly and the plywood floor, insulation, walls etc. They did have to cut a hole in the wall...
