I drop the RV down about 2 inches on the drivers...

I drop the RV down about 2 inches on the drivers side before I pack her up and raise the jacks. This usually gets the rest out of the drain tube.

Hard to believe the breaker's bad. Sounds like a battery issue of some sort. Don't get me wrong, they can go bad but its rare. Something else makes the breaker bad, especially at such a young age....

Overloaded circuit then. Breakers last for a very long time as long as they're not overloaded, constant surges, etc. Too young to just go bad. Defective maybe.

I'd find out why the breaker is bad, if indeed that's the problem. Breakers just don't go bad, something else makes them go bad. By it tripping, means something is wrong inline...it's doing its job...

I work at a Ford dealership and I can't tell you how common this is. A contamination kit (we call them Catastrophe kits)is upwards of $5000. And that's just for parts. Consider yourself very lucky.
