I also have a Demco slider, and previously had a Pullrite. Inability to hook up to a slider at an extreme angle is typical and cannot be fixed except by getting straighter.

Got a knee replaced during the recall time period. If I received the same notice, I guess I'd respond, but if the replacement is not bothering me, I sure wouldn't want another surgery.
