Had The same problem with my 2020 legacy and 2020 Chevy 3500. Resolved the problem with a brake actuator. The HYDRASTAR HBA-CAM 381-7073. Hydrastarusa.com. Hope that helps.

Hey all...success!
RV Tech from Affinity came out today. Checked fuses and documented brake connection error messages. We disconnected my 2020 Silverado and connected his 2015 GMC... Brakes worked...

Thanks for sharing. Hope the Hydrastar adapter is the answer. Tech coming next week. I’ll post our findings. Fortunately I only live 7 miles from Elkhart and 20 from Goshen ( Keystone).

Brake Controller Problem

We got our 2020 Monte Legacy in November. Pulled it home with our 2016 Silverado 2500HD Duramax. No brakes. Dealer told me not comparable with Chevy will need adapter. Lucky only 7 miles to home....

Have the High Country 3500 on order. Love the In-Command option to go with the 2020 Legacy. Allison’s 10 speed is a bonus. Hope the GM strike doesn’t hold it up much longer.
