4" is tight. I'd watch going over RR tracks especially in rural areas where they are built up higher than the road. My Cougar was right at 5" and I never had a problem.

Tell the dealer, get it in writing, when you leave the truck/5er will be level. If they have to do nothing, adjust the pin box and or hitch or even block the 5er. My 2016 F350 needed nothing to pull...

Quite legal and not a problem. I'm never in that big a hurry so keep it between 63 and 68 ~~ maybe 70 passing. With 15,000 pounds behind me, just more comfortable a little slower.

Me either. I'm quite happy running 63 - 67 and maybe 70 while passing. Been passed by a Caddy Escalade doing at least 85 pulling a TT. So heavy on the tongue he probably saw little other than sky....
