Key TV splitters

Does anyone know where to buy the Key TV splitters that convert one coax cable from the main controller into two coax ports for satellite and cable?

One of them broke on mine and it took two days...

New 50 amp shore power

Installing a 50 amp receptacle off of an existing breaker box at the farm. Already has 50 amp power, but the run is 220 feet.

I've done a receptacle before but it was 10 feet off the box.

MHC 377FL Water Heater coming out

Has anyone had an issue with the hot water heater coming out from its enclosure? Mine is physically shifted out about a half inch and broken the surrounding caulk and not sure what I can do.
