I had the same issue with the dish. Turns out any satellite singnal does not like “t” or elbows. I ran a cable from out side the TV desk area and connected the inside cable directly to the dish box....

I had the same issue. I added a 2000 wat inverter (12 to 110) and then plug in a low amp compressor. Amazon sells them (forgot the brand) and they are rated at 150 Lbs but only has a 1/2 horse motor...
