we love our 3650 however we are having problems keeping it cool this summer (this is our first with this unit) has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you solve it?

hi i have a montana 3650 and having trouble keeping the unit cool with the a/c-15,000 btu has anyone else had a similar problem? if so how did you correct it?
