The blower motor and sail switch is located behind the panel on the outside of your trailer where the exhaust comes out

I own a 2017 3950br and had this exact issue last...

I own a 2017 3950br and had this exact issue last year... i had a authorized repair tech for Atwood come to trouble shoot unit and found out the blower motor was not reaching full speed causing sail...

I too had this same issue this past weekend with...

I too had this same issue this past weekend with my 2017 montana 3950... Could not get unit to cool down...Air temp was 98 and humidity was at 92%. also could only use rear unit as i'm on a 30amp...
