I didn't add insulation but did use a can of spray foam to fill in the gaps (from the underneath side). There were plenty of open spaces on my '05.

What a "hoot" Desert Trails is! We stayed there last January and February and loved it. Not your typical RV park but lots of stuff to do and nearby Tucson Mountain Park is a real bonus. Have fun!

We stayed at Sante Fe Skies as well. There is a RailRunner station about 1/2 mile away and is a convenient way to and from downtown. Cheap too!
