I had a bad connection between the 50 amp cord...
I had a bad connection between the 50 amp cord and Rv connection. When I took apart the Rv connection I found burned wire ends and loose connection screws. Had to cut wires and replace connections....

Final Report
Replaced Converter and also 4 new batteries! Fixed all my issues and had a great Fall camping trip last week.

Thanks for the suggestions. I can assume if I did the checks with shore power on there should be a 14 or so flow going toward the batteries as I test. Showing they are or should be charging…..
