I gave up on the tank’s sensor. I dump every 3-4 days and flush them out every 2nd dump. I’m on a permanent site and don’t worry about them. The sensors never work correctly.

I can only speak on a few of your questions. Residential freg yes we love ours yes ice maker is a winner. The pullrite hitch yes I have it and love it. Mine is an auto slide.

Welcome and enjoy. Just be prepared for winter in Canada. I would suggest you get a couple small heaters to help with the furnace. Make sure your skirting has some insulation that will also help....

I have a water line under one slide it’s for the ice maker. I took a pool noodle and put it around the water line. Used zip ties to hold it on. Haven’t had a problem.
