We took that route with our F350 dually and our 35’ Montana last year (stayed at Yosemite Lakes). The trip went incident free but it was definitely a white knuckle drive up and down.

I would also ask them to remove a ceiling speaker. It’ll allow you to see inside. Any evidence of water/moisture should quickly reveal itself.
