The cylinders are easy to replace. Fastecindustrial.com is where I ordererd my replacements from. They send you a special key and instructions on how to change the cylinders.

I tried just about every cleaning product...
I tried just about every cleaning product available with little success. One of my sons recommended Bar Keepers Friend powder. It still take a little effort but does a good job.
