Black Tank Sensors
 

Does anyone have any info on black tank sensor wiring or trouble shooting. I have a 2000 3255RL and none of the LED's light for the black tank, all the others are fine. Any technical info would be great, thanks in advance, Mitch.

Go find the search engine here at top of page, there is TONS of stuff on this situation here at MOC.

Short of it, they rarely work, BUT, you might try the Calgon trick, it has been working very well for a lot of us.

Am I correct to read that you are getting no lights at all when pushing the black tank button? If you are not getting anything I would suspect a wire has fallen off behind the switch cover or alongside the tank. If it is reading full all the time you may need to flush the inside of the tank a few times to get it to read empty. But I am reading that you are getting no lights at all. So, I would be inclined to think a wire has fallen off somewhere.
