Hi all I know this question has been addressed many times so iv seen on the form. tandem towing or triple towing depending on how they call it. Any way I know there is 18states that say you cannot tandem tow in there states. I hold a Cal. CDL. I recently called the state of Pa. to inquire on there laws, they said if my 1st trailer was less than 28.5ft I would be legal [PA vehicle code 75 section 4904 (a) ] but my 1st trailer is 37 ft and over all length is 64.6 ft because I have seen different answers on different forums. we were in Fl which does not allow tandem towing, but I noticed someone tandem towing, and earlier today some on posted on another forum that the state of Fl has a reciprocity ( law or rule ) with the state of Michigan that he says it can be done. I know there such laws for taxes, concealed guns carry and nursing from some state to another state . has anyone ever heard of this for motor vehicle laws for tandem towing ? thanks in advance
