- Paul was born in St. Louis, MO and lived in various places in Kansas while growing up, went to high school in Overland Park, KS. Went to college at Ottawa University in Ottawa, KS. Jan was born and raised on a ranch at Hay Springs, NE. went to college at UNL Nursing School at UNMC.
